25 years as a Professional in Teppan-yaki.
After the experience in Imperial Hotel,Kanazawa Rokkakudo,
Hotel Nikko Kanazawa,He has taken the responsibility
as the Chef in Ginza Steak,
and would like to challenge to meet the customers' and the times' needs.
